People with disabilities represent 175 billion dollars per year in discretionary income and according to the Government Accounting Office, Hotels and Motels who made accessibility improvements experienced a 12% increase in business. 

The general public supports the goals of the ADA by a margin of more than ten to one and accessibility features benefit many people including a growing elderly population. 

We are in a unique position to provide you with cutting edge information, facilities assessments, and trainings. We are experienced in providing interpretations of the ADA (and it’s implementing regulations) on behalf of the Federal Government, and as nationally known presenters on access and ADA surveys. 

Members of our staff have been trained and have received regular updates on the ADA by the U.S. Department of Justice, and the U.S. Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board, also called the Access Board. Our staff has also had experience as trainers and technical assistants for the National ADA Network. Mark Derry represented NCIL as a member of the Public Rights of Way Access Advisory Committee, and the Medical and Diagnostic Equipment Accessibility Advisory Committee for the U.S. Access Board.
